푸쉬 기능을 모두 GCM으로 사용하고 싶을 경우가 있다.
(아마 운영상의 이유로 푸쉬 기능을 모두 GCM으로 보내는 경우인데)
구글에서 해당 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

아래 설정에서 sandbox용도인지 product용도 인지 구분해줘야 배포시 문제가 생기지 않는다

실제 전송 테스트는
chrome에서 제공하는 postman을 통해 할 수 있다
